Synopsis
"That Sinking Feeling" The Joes have leaked information about a disabled American submarine in the Baltic Sea to the Russians and to Cobra as a ploy to allow a Russian Navy Captain to defect. Joe team members Cutter, Deep Six, Shipwreck, Torpedo and Wet Suit are sent in to extract him as both Cobra and the October Guard fight over the mythical disabled submarine.
