Synopsis

"And Not a Drop To Drink Part 2" The body of Carlos Gomez is found mutilated and hanging upside down in a Seattle alleyway. Lt. Cameron tells the media that the murder is the work of a cult, despite the fact that Gomez had died the previous night of radiation poisoning, and his body had gone missing. Green Arrow appears, and explains that Gomez had been a courier and opened his cargo to find that it was a cache of radioactive isotopes. He died from his exposure to it, but not before uttering the word "diablo." Oliver deduces that rather than being Spanish for devil, Gomez was referring to Seattle's Diablo Dam. He assumes that the dam would be the perfect place for a terrorist group to release their radioactive payload, and permanently poison Seattle's water supply. The Coast Guard heads to all of the reservoirs in Seattle to protect them from terrorists. Back at the Sherwood Florist, Oliver arrives to find the Mossad waiting for him. He reports that the terrorists don't yet know where the isotopes are, otherwise they would not have gone to the trouble of cutting Gomez' body open. Instead, they had known that Gomez must have swallowed the key to the location where he stored the cargo. The team searches a bus station locker room, but finds nothing. As they cross the street, Oliver notices a bowling alley and realizes that they also have lockers. Oliver and the Mossad catch the terrorists in the act of collecting the cargo at the bowling alley, but the terrorists take a hostage. Oliver fires an arrow straight through the gunman's head, freeing her. A gunfight ensues, and Oliver chases after one of the terrorists who tries to escape with the cargo. When he catches up, Oliver finds himself at a disadvantage until one of the Mossad agents shoots the assailant through the head. Oliver hands over the cargo to the authorities and the Mossad escape. Later, on the news, it is reported that the whole ordeal was merely a botched drug deal.
