Synopsis

"Predator Part 2" As Kevin Walker's mother fires her sniper rifle at sexual predator Charles Hauke, Green Arrow knocks her gun-barrel with an arrow, which sends Hauke running, and the police officers sent to stakeout his home after her. Oliver explains that he's saved her life by preventing her from killing Hauke. Unfortunately, Hauke escapes in his van just as the police give up on Oliver and Mrs. Walker. At the Sherwood Florist, Oliver explains that he stopped Mrs. Walker because getting revenge for the abuse that Hauke committed against her son Kevin wouldn't help him. Additionally, the police, who follow the rule of law rather than justice, will be forced to arrest her for murder. He reassures her that someone else is still on the hunt for Hauke. Black Canary trails Hauke to a bar. While he buys drugs in the bathroom, Dinah spreads the word about who he is and what he's done. As a result, when he leaves the bathroom, a gang of heavies beats him up. Haukes decides to kidnap a child, and as he grabs a little girl, Dinah rides up on her motorcycle and yanks her away from him. She climbs on top of the van as Oliver fires an arrow into the windshield, sending the vehicle out of control. Dinah smashes through the window just as the van comes to a crashing halt on the edge of a pier. She and Haukes brawl inside. Eventually, Dinah emerges, revealing that she has tied Haukes up using his own torture devices. Unfortunately, Lt. Cameron can only pick Haukes up on attempted kidnapping charges, much to Mrs. Walker's dismay. Suddenly the van falls off the edge of the pier, and the heroes decide not to save Haukes from drowning inside it.
