Synopsis

A mysterious man grabs a runner freezing her solid then leaving her of fall to pieces at his feet he then walks off into the night. Elsewhere Kyle tries to take care of a mod of modern day Natzi Skinheads. He gets distracted and end up at there feet, luckily Donna saves him with her darkstar power. He then cages the mob and takes his girl for a chariot ride pulled by winged horses.The Cripple from two issues back gets a visit from neron who offers to give him back his mobility….for a price. He accepts and Neron lets him have his power.Kyle and Donna stop at a snow filled lot and play in the snow the mysterious man turn out to be Mr. Freeze. He freezes Donna and him and kyle fight, Donna gets freed and he freezes Kyle he gets saved by neron powered Cripple who wants to kill him himself a new three way battle ensues some quick thinking and careful maneuvering has kyle use the villains to take down each other. The danger over they leave realizing this may just be the beginning.
