However, when Grendel eventually shows up, Toro's zombies kill the criminals and bring them to hell. Grendel leaves Toro without doing anything to him."The Devil's in the Punctuation" (Shaw) is the story of Locutious "Cush" Bradley, the editor of Hunter Rose's novels. Cush actually doesn't do any editing, because Rose won't allow any changes to his work. Cush goes into a downward spiral and eventually leaves the country. This story provides a detailed account of Rose's five novels."Devil on My Back" (Kristiansen) is about Grendel's confrontation with a young arsonist who is burning his warehouses. Hunter decides to let him go because he reminds him of himself as a kid, when he also played with the idea of burning everything and everyone."Devil's Labyrinth" (Davis) recounts a trap Argent tries to set for Grendel, but Grendel is wise to him. They battle, and Grendel has the upper hand. He ultimately leaves to spend time with Stacy.
