Synopsis
Peter Stanchek and the Harbinger renegades are being hunted by the H.A.R.D. Corps! When Zephyr finds herself alone, she'll learn if she has what it takes to be a real superhero. That is if she isn't too occupied by her new job at the Comics Jungle!While Zepplin is away, Pete, Kris and Flamingo are kidnapped by the H.A.R.D. Corps. Now it is up to Zepplin and Shantiqua to save their captive friends. Tracking their friends to a secret H.A.R.D. Corps base, Zepplin frees the others, while Shantiqua provides an explosive diversion at a munitions depot. During the ensuing battle, Pete releases Shantiqua's hyper-speed power, allowing her to go head-on with Maniac!1st Appearance:Hammerhead (Marion Virgil Peeves),Superstar (Ricky Silver)
