This issue of Hard Looks presents an adaptation of Andrew Vachss' (Sacrifice) only stage play: "Warlord," a story of gang affiliations and loyalty that are put to a violent test. Novelist Neil Barrett, Jr. (The Hereafter Gang) adapts Vachss' play, and Paul Guinan (Heartbreakers, Aliens) and Tony Akins provide the art. Also, a previously unpublished short story by Vachss, "Crime Partner," is presented here for the first time! Color cover by Guinan and Akins.
