Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "Shanghai Joe" , featuring the Red Bee :   On the waterfront of Superior City and on the open sea, Shanghai Joe and his gang are hijacking cargoes of war materials bound for China and diverting them to Japan. --  "The South American Terrorists" , featuring Neon the Unknown :  Neon witnesses a woman get shot, but before she dies, she whispers to him that the men who shot her are Fifth Columnists from Quano.  Naturally, Neon goes after them to seek justice and rid the world of such evil men! PLUS :  The Strange Twins, Lion Boy, Tommy Tinkle, Blaze Barton, and more!!
