Synopsis

That night prosecution witness Ed Brown is murdered in his own home and the gunman (Gus Lund) is pursued by the Red Bee! -- "The Plot To Blow Up New York City" , featuring Neon the Unknown :  Axis forces plan to blow up New York City with bombs planted throughout the entire sewer system.  Neon catches wind of the plot, but can he stop the culprits and diffuse the bombs in time before the city is destroyed and many lives are lost?? PLUS :  Hell Diver, Lion Boy, the Strange Twins, Hercules, and more!!
