Synopsis
Jack, the son of a former race car driver, founds a race car group called Hot Wheels with other youngsters to give younger drivers a better reputation with the elderly. While they do good, they have to deal with Dexter Carter who, thanks to his dad, spends a lot of money to bully other people. The issues between the group and Dexter cumulate in a race between Jack & Dexter.
