First appearance of Plastic Man in the Silver Age. The caveat to this is that he is a character generated by Robby Reed's Dial H device, and not the actual Eel O'Brian Plastic Man. For the first Silver Age appearance of the Golden Age Plastic Man (Eel O'Brian), see Plastic Man #7 (Dec 1967). Issues 1-6 of that same series apparently depict Eel O'Brian, Jr., son of the original Plastic Man.
