Bennet is dragged into a time machine and decides to stop the Queen of Blood from resuming her plan to conquer the world with her Blood Red Moon organization; but he finds himself oposing Jack the Ripper and saving a girl from being killed. He helps the girl's father to stop the serial killer only to discover the man himself to be the Ripper.
