The final act begins with Margret preparing to meet her estranged father after 10 long years. Lloyd and Crystal become teammates with a plan to escape the PROs HQ finding each other's powers very useful. Meanwhile, Frank and Eric arrive in Norfolk and knock at the PROs front door, leaving Major Sullivan struggling to get her soldiers back in order after following the wrong lead. Rose and Stern, the two MPs assigned to watch Crystal, end up having a very bad day.
