Impulse meets the irrepressible and slightly cracked super-hero Captain Saturn...who thinks that Impulse is his long-lost sidekick.Impulse meets Dan Coyote, a man in Southern California. Dan gets stumbled on and gains mental problems. He confuses Impulse for his "sidekick" he calls "Snacky" and Dan calls himself "Captain Saturn". Dan sees very different while he is mentally problematic. He and Impulse "save the life of a princess" as Dan would think, but he actually creates havok. Afterwards, Dan's friends find him and take him to a hospital.
