The X-Factor has the Hulk trapped on ice and called the SHIELD. Betty is running away with her former husband Ramon. The Hulkbuster arrive with Quatermain and take the Hulk to the Gamma Base. There Hulk tells the X-Factor and Doc Samson that they want to kill him instead of saving him. At the end they all team up to fight SHIELD agents and escape from the base. Outside there is another SHIELD team, ready to kill Bruce Banner but Clay Quatermain saves the day and they all escape together, after Clay exploding the entire Gamma Base away with huge bombs. Clay, Hulk and Rick are now SHIELD fugitives.
