The mysterious triangles fight to possess Perry Dawsey's mind as well as his body, but he battles back by savagely slicing them out of his own skin. Margaret Montoya and Clarence Otto face an explosive childish nightmare, while Dew Phillips searches for clues at the scene of a brutal mass murder. Perry's ordeal worsens thanks to a surprise visit from Detective Columbo, a visit that enrages the enemy within. The horror continues with no end in sight.
