Synopsis

Late on a sleepless night Tars Tarkas and Sola observe John Carter leaving Helium in a flier. His destination is "the Great One," who sent white ape to accompany him to his presence. This "Great One" retraces his origin for John Carter from the Tree of Life to his current condition and his plan to destroy all life on Barsoom.
