Synopsis

"The Extremist Vector Part 2 - Conquest" The Justice League learn about the attack made against Metamorpho by the Extremists. Flash in particular is ready to dole out some retribution, but Captain Atom reminds him to calm down. With no group transport system of their own, the team is forced to borrow a League cruiser and fly to Moscow where the Extremists are in the midst of fighting the Rocket Red Brigade. Blue Jay manages to escape being tortured by Tracer and makes his way to the Russian embassy. From there, he uses a JLE transport tube to teleport to the team's Paris embassy. Catherine Cobert, not realizing who the new arrival is, incapacitates him with a baseball bat. After realizing her mistake, she sits Blue Jay down and offers him refreshments. Blue Jay tells her how he once belonged to a team from Angor known as the Assemblers. The Assemblers were very similar to Earth's Justice League, but unfortunately, most of them perished at the hands of the Extremists (along with the rest of their world's population). Back in Moscow, the Extremists succeed in defeating the Justice League. The villain Doctor Diehard discovers that this world has nuclear weapons just like their own world. The Extremists decide to take control of Earth's nuclear arsenal and use them to commit global genocide.
