Synopsis

SAVAGE SYMPHONY Dale Gunn has convinced Steel's grandfather to use his CIA contacts to find out where the three former JLA members are held captive, and the team flies to Russia. Mean-while, Superman, Flash, and Wonder Woman attempt an escape with help from Allegro and Dimitri Ivanovich, but are met outside the asylum by General Gorki and his troops. The Justice League plane has avoided the fighters, and Gypsy instructs them to head underwater to the asylum grounds, where they take the Soviets by surprise, and easily overcome them. The Mad Maestro's paralyzing music is more formidable, and only Anton Allegro's smashing of the keyboard saves them. Gorki kills Allegro, and Gypsy displays powers of illusion which drive Gorki mad. The team flies home, the now mobile super-heroes still unaware of what has happened to their team in their short absence.
