Element Lad and Colossal Boy are chosen to work undercover as a Science Police officer after the Chief Zendak learns that someone tampered with the Science Police computer. Whomever is behind the tampering has been leaving blackmail threats and have carried out their threats when things haven't been paid out. The perpetrator leaves one final message, pay money or he will kill the President of Earth, Marte Allen: Colossal Boy's mother.
