Sensor Girl directly confronts the conspirators within the Legion of Super-Heroes but they are all suddenly struck by a loud noise that incapacitates them and the rest of the Legionnaires. It is revealed that this is an attack by Starfinger and his constituents. While Starfinger is able to peer through the disguise of Chameleon Boy, and realizing that Colossus Boy is in his custody, he gains an advantage of holding two Legionnaires captive. Meanwhile, Brainiac 5 tries to find a way to pierce the time barrier and finds support from a very unlikely source.
