Synopsis
After the events against the Time Trapper, Polar Boy is inclined to charge Brainiac 5 with breaking a constitutional law of no killing another sentient being. Polar Boy believes that sentient being was Jaxon Rugarth, otherwise known as the Infinite Man. The trial occurs and the Legionnaires vote for Brainiac 5's innocence. However, Brainiac 5 makes motions to leave the Legion of Super-Heroes, and does so.
