Synopsis
"Foundations" continues with part 2 of 6 as THE LEGION ships biweekly! As Superboy and the revived Live Wire try to assimilate to all that has happened to them, the Legion finds itself battling Darkseid's servants. Meanwhile, Dreamer attempts to investigate the various time anomalies, but if her power fails.there is no future!Superboy has somehow traveled to the future and joins the Legion. They are surprisingly attacked by foes that appear to be from Apokolips, the home of Darkseid.
