The Qigly Affair Part 2 Lobo faces the ruthless Council of Dons, who don't want their accountant - the hyperintelligent Qigley - to fall into the Main Man's clutches. Meanwhile, the Dead Boys are on the run...with lots of explosions, pain and amusing death scenes to keep them company! The sign above the Police HQ reads, "Magda City." It's unknown if this is a mistake or a separate suburb of Dagma City. The police officers bear a "VPD" emblem, (Vurkan Police Department,) implying that it is a global police force.
