Machine Man discovers that has lost his right arm, which he had to sacrifice in order to save his colleague, Pamela Quinn. The arm is discovered by a common thug named Krager who then sells it to Madame Menace. Madame Menace intends on using the technology of the arm for mass production and selling it to revolutionaries from third world countries. Machine Man tracks Madame Menace to her cruise ship and succeeds in retrieving his arm. He discovers that ship is set to detonate and barely gets away in time. Madame Menace is presumed dead.
