Synopsis
Agent Chow and the G-Men run head-on into Frank (Madman) Einstein's most sinister archenemy, the evil Mr. Monstadt, who is planning to use Frank for a human sacrifice, and our favorite hero is in need of a last-minute rescue. But even though the G-Men are uncharacteristically attempting to help Frank, there is little trust in the new partnership. And that puts our (new) heroes into further peril.
