Synopsis
A cat burglar breaks into a building of which Marc Spector is the Vice President. He steals from their safe and smashes the clock at midnight. Meanwhile, Marc and Marlene are arguing over Marc not killing Bushman when he had the chance. Marlene storms out. Marc's accountant shows up unannounced and informs Marc of the theft. He explains that Marc is under suspicion due to his connections to each robbery. Marc finds an old fence of Midnight Man's and asks him if he's still alive, which he says he isn't. Marc decides to throw a party to lure Midnight out, much to his accountant's disapproval. Felica Hardy makes an appearance. Midnight shows up but escapes the building. Marc is about to follow but is blind-sided by Black Cat.
