He is superhero himself, an ex-army supersoldier who is disillusioned about so called "superheroes". He operates in the city of San Futuro, San Francisco after "The Big One". He get´s in to trail of a serial killer that murders strippers dressed as world´s most famous female superhero, CELESTE.
