Weary and saddened by their encounter with the Cyclops in which many were lost, Odysseus and his men arrive at last to the fair island of Aeaea. Little do they know that it is home to the crafty and dangerous goddess Circe. When Odysseus' men do not return from their foraging expedition, Odysseus himself must set out to rescue them from Circe's deadly embrace and trust in the gods that he will not be her next victim!
