Synopsis

Luke Cage and the Thing battle a monster called Braggadoom.      A new client sits in Luke Cage's office, telling him his story. The stuttering man explains that he is a scientist, and that he created a bio-genetics project that, blob-like, absorbed a reporter and his boss and then turned into a humanoid green figure which quickly grew larger than the building. Cage asks why he didn't go to the Avengers or the Fantastic Four, and the man answers that he did, but Ben Grimm was the only one home, and that the Thing is battling the monster even as they speak.      Cage jumps up and heads for the door, with the man in tow, to find Ben and the monster. The two are tussling in Central Park, and things aren't looking good for Ben. With the Thing in one of the monsters fists, Power Man rushes up and kicks the monster in the ankle. Braggadoom looks down and picks Cage up in his other fist...
