Synopsis
Maxx busts into the series by emerging from his cardboard box home and saves an attractive woman from her would be attackers. But when the cops show up all they find is a large purple homeless man in a purple suite. Unfortunately with the Maxx in custody it leaves the attractive woman open for Mr. GoneWhile in police custody Maxx slips into the Outback and under attack by a throng of Is. With one quick swipe the Maxx frees himself and we get our first look at the Leopard Queen.Maxx’s social worker Julie receives two phone calls; the first is a disturbing voice that Julie takes for just some ‘creep’ the second informs her of Maxx’s incarceration. Now free the Maxx and Julie spot a suspicious looking figure using phones in an unusual way.We also see Mr. Gone enter a laundry matt and leave him as he attacks another girl.Note: Also published in AshCan versions, and a Glow in the Dark variant cover.
