Ilahn visits other worlds to recruit four other Sigil-Bearers to help him defeat Sephie.Feabie sneaks into the Cadadorian jail to try to break Jad out.Danik reveals to Sephie why he has bestowed the powers of the Sigil on the different people on each world. Sephie refuses to side with Ilahn in the battle the Danik foretells. Sephie returns to her freinds after her meeting with Danik. Sephie has to create he own exit from the sealed cave that her friends had been left in
