Synopsis

When called into account for his battle against the forces of evil, he tells the mysterious "voice" that he faces a foe that may defeat him, and requests help, to which the Spectre receives the Ring of Life. -- "Congo Bill and the Monkey-Men" , featuring Congo Bill :   Bill and Professor Kent help Gloria find her father, living as an amnesiac among ape men. -- "The Menace of the Little Men" , featuring Doctor Fate :   The discovery of foot high Gnomes or dwarves spurs Inza to contact Fate to look into the situation, and finds them attacking New York City! -- Plus :  Biff Bronson, Lieutenant Bob Neal, Captain Desmo, and more!!
