JUDGEMENT DAY Batman gave Dick all the information he had on Blüdhaven's Mayor Avers. Dick believed that, along with Mary's journal, would make a solid case. Blüdhaven PD began being brought in for questioning on corruption charges. Nightwing went in to get two officers who'd barricaded themselves in an apartment. He encountered a "new cape." He tracked her down, she called herself Tarantula. Oracle worried about Dick's fascination with caped females. As he worried about her affiliation, they stopped a gang shoot-out. Later, Dick took Barbara flowers and crashed on her couch. 56 Blüdhaven police officers were indicted and 72 were asked to retire.
