Synopsis

FALSE STARTS The earthquake in Gotham also shook the city of Bludhaven and the run-down house Nightwing lives in is no longer safe. Bridget Clancy does not want Amygdala to enter the building because she fears it might crumble. And it gets worse as she receives a condemnation order from the court stating the inhabitants have to leave the house the next day at the latest.   While Nightwing hunts a burglar, Tad Ryerstad gets active as Nite-Wing for the first time. He intends to stop three muggers but they just shoot him to the ground.  As Dick returns home, he runs into his neighbors who inform him about the court's condemnation order. But Dick does not want to give up that fast, so he calls the original owner of the building and arranges a meeting with him.   In the Drexel Institute, Dudley Soames starts his rehabilitation program. Of course his body and his senses have a hard time adjusting to the fact that his head is still turned 180 degrees.   The next day, Bridget and other neighbors stand ready to oppose any tries to make them leave their homes. But the arriving crew of construction workers is not there to tear the house down. Instead they present Bridget a restoration plan for the building and all inhabitants receive hotel vouchers until the repairs are finished.   Meanwhile, Chief Redhorn gives Blockbuster a call and tells him that someone called Nightwing lies badly injured in hospital. Blockbuster senses the perfect opportunity to get rid of his foe once and for all ...
