Synopsis

A WORLD OF HATE Finally Nightwing and Shrike take on each other one on one, but as they are surrounded by Shrike's ninja henchmen, the odds are stacked against Nightwing. During the fight Shrike also mentions an additional motivation. To really earn the name Shrike he thinks he has to kill the former Boy Wonder. When Shrike has his blade on Dick's throat, Black Canary interferes after using one of her cry bombs. She grabs Nightwing and informs Oracle that her boyfriend is alright.  At Lockhaven Penitentiary, Torque approaches a man named Chili Vasquez who is known to be able to smuggle illegal substances into the prison. Torque tells Vasquez that he needs an anti-histamine called Arcotin.   Meanwhile, Nightwing and Black Canary are running through the old pumphouse, but Shrike is able to catch up. He puts a chain around Canary's neck and connects the other end to one of the old pumps he just activated. Now Nightwing has to fight Shrike, but the clock is ticking before Dinah gets strangled to death. Oracle also entered the building and rolls right into the ninja warriors. But the thugs quickly learn that you should not mess with the woman in the wheelchair as they get electrocuted once again. In the end, Nightwing is able to defeat Shrike and save Black Canary as well. Completely exhausted Dick passes out and when he wakes up the next day, he finds himself in the Watchtower and receives a warm "welcome back" kiss from Barbara ...
