Synopsis

NUCLEAR FEAR PART 2 - FAMILY TIES! The Nuclear Family keeps Looker sedated so she can't use her powers against them. The Outsiders lure the Nuclear Family to a clearing and begin fighting them. The Outsiders are defeated and the Nuclear Family escapes. The Outsiders take on the Nuclear Family in a rematch and win.
