Synopsis

BREAKING THE BANK! In Russia, Mikhail Gorbachev entered his office to find the Bad Samaritan waiting for him, with a proposition to help the country's economic problems. In Los Angeles, Halo was attempting to convince Katana to let her buy a dress with the money from the Markovian government. Meanwhile, Looker met with a talent agent named Roger Dumont, who asked her for a background check. When, Looker refused, Dumont was intrigued by what secrets she may have held. In Fort Knox, Kentucky, Bad Samaritan ,posing as John Hastings, was withdrawing $5,000 from an armored truck. Later, in Washington, D.C., William Vickers met with Prince Brion Markov, regarding the death of John Hastings, who stole printing plates that could print Markovian money. Vickers told Brion that the A.S.A. would contact King Gregor. However, Brion believed that Vickers and the A.S.A. could not be trusted. Jefferson Pierce drove to visit Lynn Stewart, who was visited by Edward Bentama, President of the EurAfrican Nations Council. Geo-Force rallied the Outsiders to an abandoned farm in Virginia to pursue Bad Samaritan. The Force of July were also present and fought against the Outsiders, allowing Bad Samaritan to escape. GRIP OF THE UNTOUCHABLES! PART 2 Looker was confronting a gang of intangible criminals called the Untouchables, who attempted to extort and threatened to murder a girl named Chris Fredericks. Looker looked into Chris' eyes, giving her the knowledge what to do, so the latter pressed one of the gang members' belts and caused him to become tangible, allowing him to be attacked. Then, Looker freed the other people who were kidnapped by the Untouchables, before apprehending them and leaving them for the police.
