Synopsis

"Case of the Criminal Chessman," script by Ruth Roche (as Gregory Page), pencils by Matt Baker; Phantom Lady must stop the Chessman and his gang from robbing the United States Mint and free her father who is being held hostage by the felons. "The Green Goods Swindle" text story. "The True Story of Arthur Gooch"; crime story narrated by Phantom Lady.
