With subliminal messages on their backs, his aquatic soldiers will carry messages directly into their human owners' puny minds. Plus, Brain decides to take to the air by infiltrating the Flying Monkeys from "The Wizard of Oz." He believes their flying talents are being wasted by chasing bales of hay, scraps of metal, cat dander and midwestern girls.
