Plastic Man #2

A city has been transformed to look like it's straight out of the 1890s! Plus, Elmer Body has the ability to change bodies with anyone-unfortunately for him, he chooses Woozy Winks. Then, Fargo Freddie falls into a volcano and meets a 500-year-old man who shows him how to turn into lava. As Lava Man, he slips out of Plastic Man's grip! Finally, Plas and Woozy go to Coroner's Corners to try and find out why everyone has gone stark raving mad.
