In a attempt to franchise the American spirit of rugged individualism through a comic book character come to life, Malcolm Lestrange, chief of the internal affairs division of the NIA, created Project: American Powerhouse Experiment code-name A-Pex: “Make me a superman…and make us all heroes!”
