Synopsis

Billy Bannister lives in a world without superheroes. Not because powers don't exist. But because everyone has them. As PRV spreads, ripping away those abilities, Quarantine ratchets up its propaganda war. Soon violence erupts. With his brother caught in the insurgents' next plot, Billy may run out of the one thing he always thought he had enough of - time.
