An artifact of its time.  Boss Smiley attempts to find a candidate that will be his puppet, but Prez, with Eagle Free's help declares his independence.   Inspired by the recent (1973) amendment lowering the U.S. voting age to 18, this story imagines the first teen-aged president.  Full of hilariously off-key renderings of the 60s-70s youth culture.
