Synopsis

Primus battles a plot to kidnap the president and start World War III in "Crisis at 40 Fathoms." The story has appearance by by Richard N. Mixon, a comedienne impersonator of real life president Richard M. Nixon and the villain looks like real-life politician Hubert Humphrey. Primus also helps fishermen in "The Saboteur."
