Jerk Bellows, the Pummeler 2099, enlists other superheroes to join him for dramatic poses, origin flashbacks, and also fighting crime if they get around to it. The first part of the mega-crossover Spirits of Whispers of the Dark Mini-Series of Vengeance. Followed by Rummage $2099. The Bill Maus cover forms one linked image with the covers of Rummage $2099 and Dumm $2099. 32 pages, B&W.
