Synopsis

Microchip is finding life as Cringe presents its own unique set of challenges. His new Punisher Carlos Cruz fights for survival underwater against Hog. Microchip also finds imprisoning Punisher to be difficult, especially when he starts to believes that his radical imprisonment therapy may have cause Frank to commit suicide! To make matters worse, the Carbone crime family has hired none other than the notorious assassin Bullseye to take down Punisher.
