Synopsis
The Punisher returns to Branding and discovers a badly beaten Sgt. Southall. Punisher cuts the Police Officer down from where he's been strung up by the gun runners that brought the Punisher to town. It's clear that Southall won't survive and there's still the matter of the gang's imminent return.The Punisher sends a message, calling the gang out for a High Noon showdown. He aims to stop the gang's rampage and uncover the identity of the murderer whose actions engineered this bloody finale.
