Synopsis
Now that the Grandmother computer no longer rules Japan, the orbiting nation is split between the ruling Humanist party, and the Healers, who want to restore computer control. When the Healers attempt to steal a component from the Skull-dome control center, Rai and Kazuyo find themselves forced to battle a deadly Grandmother drone! But the terrible fight is only a diversion, designed to hide the Healers' true objective.In this issue we meet Makiko Minashi a man who was raised from birth to be the protector of the people of Japan. He takes the title of Rai. He follows the teachings of Japans master computer called Grandmother. This makes it impossible for him to pick a side in the impending revolution.
