The Hulk, Bereet, and Rick Jones track the Krylorians to their headquarters where the Hulk attacks forcing them to flee. The Krylorians next intended target happens to be New York City, and in order to stop the Hulk from interfering, they have one of their agents disguise himself as Iron Man in order to attack the Hulk.
